Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. 5 designs per month, every month, no credit card. The free workspace shows ads; paid plans remove them.
Can I turn off auto-renew?
Yes. Auto-renew is on when you subscribe. Turn it off anytime from your account page to stop the next renewal. Your plan and included monthly credits stay active through your paid month or year. Your initial monthly or yearly purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Later refund requests are reviewed manually. A full annual refund ends the plan and remaining included credits immediately; purchased credit packs stay yours.
What are AI credits?
Each AI operation (generating artwork, removing a background, enhancing an image) uses one credit. Monthly credits reset on your billing date; credit-pack credits never expire.
Do I need Producer to personalize cookies?
The CSV mail-merge feature (one design, many names) is Producer. On any plan you can still add individual designs to a sheet by hand.
Does my account work for other crafts?
Yes. CookieMaker runs on the Cutout Designer engine, and one account covers everything it can make.
